Construction Claim Management
On behalf of our Clients, we lead and manage the construction claim process, by facilitating and setting claims strategy, goals, and options that suit the nature, size, and complexity of the claim. Working with and direct the parties involved including claims specialists, legal representatives, experts, and your internal teams; to optimise time, effort, and approach with a clear focus on achieving the best value outcome. Whilst providing open, honest and unbiased appraisals at the various points and stages required, to allow our Clients to make highly informed decisions.
Claim Management can be provided across a range of situations and can be tailored to the type of claim, such as Client and/or Supply Chain interim or final accounts, extensions of time, loss and expense claims, adjudications, or legal proceedings.
