Insight CM was established in 2017, following a decision by Director Chris Hartley to strike out on a new path, having spent the previous 18 years working for Professional Practices and Main Contractors in a range of commercial management and director roles.

We are a Business and Commercial Management Consultancy that draws on a wealth of experience and knowledge gained from operating with a wide range of business types from SMEs to large Tier 1 Contractors within the UK construction industry over the last 20 plus years.

As an agile and adaptable consultancy, we provide a highly professional, pragmatic, considerate and personal service, which can be tailored to meet the needs of the Client and their business targets; whilst always ensuring we are able to remain objective and independent. This enables us to maintain clarity of thought and positively challenge our Clients to think differently in the search for success.
